Neuro Hire Network is a job board platform connecting neurodivergent job seekers with inclusive employers. We provide:

• Job listing and search functionality
• Employer and job seeker account management
• Resources and guides for neurodivergent employment

Important: We are a job board platform, not an employment agency. We do not participate in the hiring process, screen candidates, or guarantee employment.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using Neuro Hire Network agree to:

• Post accurate information: Job descriptions, salary ranges, and company details must be truthful
• Respond to applications: Make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and respond to candidates
• Respect privacy: Use candidate information only for recruitment purposes
• No misleading practices: Do not post fake jobs, harvest CVs, or engage in bait-and-switch tactics
• Provide accommodations: Be prepared to provide reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process
• No fees to candidates: Do not charge candidates any fees for job applications

5. Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers using Neuro Hire Network agree to:

• Provide accurate information in profiles and applications
• Apply only to positions you are genuinely interested in
• Communicate professionally with employers
• Not misrepresent qualifications or experience

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Post discriminatory, harassing, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, spam, or phishing attempts
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Post jobs for illegal activities
• Require candidates to pay fees or make purchases

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Neuro Hire Network and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That job postings are accurate or legitimate
• That you will find employment or suitable candidates
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The quality or legality of jobs or employers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuro Hire Network shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or content of third parties (employers, job seekers)
• Employment decisions or outcomes

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuro Hire Network from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
