Aspiritech was built to meet the employment needs of neurodivergent individuals on the autism spectrum While we highly value college coursework and relevant experience, we do not set out specific requirements and instead look for individuals with the qualities identified beforehand under Qualities of a Successful Quality Assurance Analyst. New hires typically begin as QA Analysts Level 1, but those with previous education, training in QA, and/or experience often begin as QA Analysts at Levels 2 and above.2)How much does the training cost? What does the training program entail? How are trainees selected for the program? Training is provided at no cost. Prior to Covid, all training was office-based in Chicago and a stipend was provided to cover meals and transportation. An eLearning Introduction to QA course has been developed and is currently being piloted. Virtual project training is being piloted too to accompany the introductory course on the basics of quality assurance (QA) and the general employability soft skills eLearning modules. The training period helps Aspiritech assess whether the candidate is a good fit for our team. It is also a time for candi-dates to decide whether this type of work is a good fit for them. While most candidates who successfully complete both parts of the training will be hired by Aspiritech, the completion of the program does not guarantee employment. To be considered for the training program, candidates start by completing our online application. About a month before a training program is scheduled to start, our HR director or HR assistant reach out to applicants who best reflect the de-sired qualities.
