<p><strong>ROLE SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Associate – Cash Management Solutions &amp; Transformation will work with Global Business Solutions (GBS), Controllers, Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Users to understand their needs to provide the necessary technology solutions.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p><p>Associate, Cash Management Solutions colleague’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a technical role, where the candidate is expected to design and develop digital solutions</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage deliverables, consultants and timelines for the projects in Cash Management and Transformation space</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage consultants and vendor resources who work on projects</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Translate ideas/concepts into seamless User Experiences across cash management projects</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee Design, Development/Configuration, Testing</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Presenting status and overviews to executive level colleagues</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Training of applications to key stakeholders</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work in accordance with SDLC Guidelines for all software and tools as applicable.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop necessary documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Training Documentation, Design Documents, etc.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong></p><p>Education:</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree, major in a technical field such as Information Technology or Life Sciences a plus or equivalent work experience </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Prior Experience:</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;24 - 36 months experience in Digital organization(s) </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Capabilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hands-on experience with programming languages and databases</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to create custom solutions using scripting languages such as Python</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hands-on experience with visualization tools such Tableau, Spotfire</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Facilitation, negotiating and presentation skills </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work in ambiguous situations</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Aptitude:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Quick to establish trust and respect</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Action oriented and energetic</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Resourceful and creative </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Persistent and determined</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mature and cool under pressure</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Easily makes connections</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reads situations quickly</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Commitment and follow through</p><p><br></p><p>Experience using standard requirements business analysis techniques, including brainstorming, interviewing, requirements&nbsp;</p>
